Polsinelli of The Platinum Team tapped to sell 10 building package
Adelaide Polsinelli, senior executive broker of The Platinum Team has been awarded the assignment to sell a ten building package containing 200 residential units and development site in the Flushing neighborhood.
This package presents an opportunity for an investor to acquire a mass of real estate in one of the most prime locations in the borough.
"Located just minutes away from all major transportation, and with such ethnic diversity, this property is an excellent investment opportunity," said Polsinelli. In addition to the existing ten buildings, there is a vacant lot with approved plans to build residential. "This site is a perfect candidate for new condominiums, senior-housing or luxury rentals" she said.
