Pollakowski joins Lee & Associates NYC as a managing director

New York, NY Lee & Associates NYC LLC welcomes Lisa Ann Pollakowski to its leasing and sales divisions as a managing director. 

Prior, Pollakowski had been at Newmark Knight Frank for 23 years as a director specializing in portfolio management for office and industrial clients including leasing and sales. At Lee NYC, she will continue specializing in portfolio management and space optimization, developing real estate strategies for office and industrial clients involving lease and sale acquisition and disposition. 

“Having completed numerous transactions throughout the tri-state area and even nationally, Lisa Ann will be a strong addition to the Lee NYC team,” points out Joel Herskowitz, COO of Lee NYC. “She has successfully developed and executed real estate strategies for notable organizations including Bloomberg LP, Kaplan, Tourneau and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and undoubtedly will continue to do outstanding work here at Lee NYC.”

Pollakowski’s most notable transactions include the 700,000-square-foot built to suit office lease for Bloomberg’s headquarters in New York City, various office leases for Kaplan throughout New York City totaling over 200,000 square feet and the sale of a 215,000-square-foot warehouse in Colorado Springs on behalf of Miles Kimbell. Local leasing activity includes working with PRG Video Post Production and Tourneau on several office lease transactions in New York City and with Hertz Equipment Rental on warehouse lease transactions in the outer boroughs. She has also represented investment groups in a number of commercial condominium sales all over New York City.

In her spare time, Pollakowski enjoys spending time with her teenage son and daughter, water sports, snow skiing and traveling.
