Pliskin Realty & Development names Wierzbicki sales associate
According to Pliskin Realty & Development, a New York-Metropolitan area retail real estate brokerage, property management and investment firm, has appointed Christopher Wierzbicki as sales associate. He will concentrate on both property sales and leasing assignments, representing both property owners/sellers and tenants/buyers. He brings to the role diverse real estate and related financial experience and extensive sales, marketing and strategic planning skills.
Prior to joining Pliskin, Wierzbicki served as a partner/office manager in the real estate advisory firm of Standard Associates where he arranged commercial debt and equity products for individual clients and investment firms as well as provided real estate investment solutions, strategies and research and market analysis. Additionally, his role at Standard Assoc. encompassed developing relationships with real estate management companies, hedge funds and individual investors on a global basis.
Wierzbicki's professional background also includes his roles as a: Mortgage Banker with Grand Bank, N.A./West town Savings Bank (Bayside, NY), Partner/Office Manager with the real estate investment firm of Advanced Capital Alliance (Deer Park, NY); Wholesale Loan Representative for Aames Home Loan (Melville, NY), and Mortgage Loan Officer/Team Leader with Triumph Funding (Woodbury, NY). He began his career in real estate as a Licensed Sales Associate with Houses R Us Realty (Deer Park, NY) where he listed and sold both residential and commercial properties on Long Island and the five boroughs of New York City.
Wierzbicki holds an associate degree in Business Administration from Nassau Community College. His higher education also includes Business Management studies at Farmingdale State University.
Wierzbicki's professional credentials also include certifications stemming from his successful completion of the Long Island Board of Realtors' Salesperson Training program, Long Island Board of Realtors' Continuing Education program and the American Banking Association's Bank Point eLearning Monthly Training program.
He resides in Seaford, NY.
