Pliskin Realty brokers seven leases totaling 12,800 s/f

Pliskin Realty & Development has brokered seven lease transactions on property listings which were exclusive to the firm totaling 12,800 s/f. President Jeffrey Pliskin and executive vice president Marvin Hartman completed the following transactions, representing both the owners/landlords and tenants: * 3,500 s/f, 15-year lease extension for the property located at 1809 Lakeville Rd., New Hyde Park, occupied by the Omega Diner and owned by WKT Associates. * 3,000 s/f, new 10-year lease for the property located at 2080 Lakeville Rd., New Hyde Park, occupied by Not Just Lube and owned by SKPT Realty, Inc. * A 1,500 s/f, new 10-year lease for the property located at 487 Bellmore Ave., East Meadow, occupied by Bagelicious and owned by East Meadow Stores, Inc. * A 1,200 s/f, new 10-year lease for the property located at 2070 Lakeville Rd., New Hyde Park, occupied by Vitamin World and owned by Home Base Realty, Inc. * A 1,200 s/f, new 5-year lease for the property located at 928 Hillside Ave., New Hyde Park, occupied by All State and owned by Kamda Hill Realty, Inc. * A 1,200 s/f, new 5-year lease for the property located at 480-15 Patchogue Holbrook Rd., Holbrook, occupied by Curves and owned by Holbrook Associates Development Corp. In addition to these leases, Pliskin Realty sales associate Christopher Wierzbicki brokered the following lease: * A 1,200 s/f, new 10-year lease for the property located at: 1056 Motor Pwy., Central Islip, occupied by Herbalife and owned by 1056 Motor Parkway, LLC.
