Bayside,NY Pliskin Realty & Development's president and CEO Jeffrey Pliskin and sales associate Christopher Wierzbicki have completed a lease for a 2,500 s/f retail property formerly occupied by a McDonald's restaurant and now housing a Benjamin Moore/Hunter Douglas Design Center.
