Pinnola and Maffia of NAI L.I. complete 2 leases totaling 15,800 s/f

Klein's Wholesale Confectionery, Inc., a Borough Park, Brooklyn based 30 year old family business, is relocating to 7,500 s/f of warehouse and office space at 460 Bayview Ave., in a deal negotiated by Brian Pinnola and Joseph Maffia of NAI Long Island. Pinnola and Maffia represented both the landlord and tenant in this multi-year transaction. In another transaction, Ferrari Logistics, Inc., a division of Ferrari Express, Lawrence, N.Y. has leased an 8,300 s/f warehouse in a portion of the 25,000 s/f Airport Industrial Complex located at 40 Bayview Ave. Pinnola and Maffia negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord and tenant, and are the exclusive brokers for the Airport Industrial Complex.
