Vito Picone of McGuire Development Company has facilitated the sale of 8680 Main St. for a price of $497,500. The 12,000 s/f office and warehouse facility is the former home of Picone Construction Corp.
Picone also assisted the construction firm with site selection and closing on its new facility at 10995 Main St. in Clarence adjacent to Antique World. McGuire Development is also the exclusive broker of record for Picone Construction Corp. as the company seeks a tenant for 4,000 s/f of its new space.
