Picone of McGuire Development secures two leases totaling 21,000 s/f; Also handles sale of 4114 Union Road in Cheektowaga

According to McGuire Development Company, a commercial development, real estate consulting and property management firm, Vito Picone of its real estate services group has facilitated the following real estate transactions: * The lease of 6,000 s/f of medical office space for Suburban Pediatrics in Alden. This is the location for the practice; the other office is on Sheridan Dr. in Williamsville. * The sale of 4114 Union Rd. in Cheektowaga. The site is the latest addition to the McGuire Development portfolio and is home to the McGuire Group's Reliant Medical Equipment and Reliant Medical Pharmacy, as well as Accu-Fit Compression Garments. * Picone was the broker of record for Liazon for the lease of 15,000 s/f of space on the eighth floor of 199 Scott St. "By providing a full spectrum of services, and having the ability to tap into the full line of development services that McGuire Development offers, I'm able to assist my clients with all of their real estate needs," said Picone, senior director, business development.
