Picone Construction Corp. has been contracted to complete renovations for the Crunch Fitness Center located at Sheridan Center Plaza, corner of Sheridan Dr. and Sweet Home Rd. The s/f was not disclosed.
Picone's complete renovation will include a main gym, men's and women's lockers, bathroom and shower facilities, as well as areas for group fitness, tanning, and a personal training office. Picone will add a compete fire protection and fire alarm system, upgrade the existing HVAC system, and install a new lighting package specific to each area. Tags:
