Picone Construction completed renovations and an expansion to a Western New York Technology Center which included 29,400 s/f of building space. The addition included: office space, conference rooms, meeting rooms, open workstations and a café. Demolition was needed for the entire interior space and an existing generator was removed for the installation of a new generator. Environetics out of New York City is the Architect of record.
