West Seneca, NY Picone Construction celebrated the ground breaking of Aebly & Associates new 6,200 s/f, two-story office building on the corner of Union Rd. and Center Rd. The new offices have been carefully designed by Carmina Wood Morris, architects, and Picone Construction to meet the historic requirements of the town.

Aebly & Associates currently has offices in two separate West Seneca locations and will be bringing them together into the newly designed building, complete with a rooftop patio. Phase two of construction will add an outbuilding that will house future office, retail, and/or restaurant space.

As general contractor for the project, Picone will oversee the construction of the entire building from the ground up.
