Picker and Misa of Industry One broker two leases - 6,000 s/f total
Lindenhurst, NY Greg Picker and Bob Misa of Industry One Realty Corp. brokered two leases totaling 6,000 s/f.
In the first deal, they leased 2,700 s/f at 151 S. 11th St., Lindenhurst. Picker and Misa represented both the tenant, MDC Home Improvement, Inc. and the landlord, West Hoffman and 11th Properties, Inc.

In the second deal, Picker and Misa brokered the lease of 3,300 s/f at 70 E. Jefryn Blvd., Deer Park. They represented the tenant, Dynamic Repairs, Inc., and landlord, Bicher-Jefryn Corp.
