Landis chairs the firm's real estate department and is active in the firm's fashion and entertainment law practices. He serves as general counsel to an acclaimed luxury fashion brand, and maintains a diverse real estate and corporate transactional practice.
Landis graduated from Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and earned a masters' degree in tax law from New York University. He has a long history of civic and governmental involvement, and has been honored for his pro bono work by Manhattan Legal Services, Legal Services of New York and the New York State Bar Association.
Phillips Nizer, founded in 1926, represents domestic and international clients in business, finance and real estate transactions, intellectual property matters, commercial litigation and tax and estate planning, with a particular focus on the entertainment, fashion, real estate and technology industries.
