Phaidon International signs 15,500 s/f at Cohen’s Grand Central Plaza

New York, NY London- based Phaidon International, will soon relocate from 140 East 45th St. to Charles S. Cohen’s 622 Third Ave. at 41st St. The company has signed an 11-year, 15,500 s/f lease comprising a portion of the 6th floor at the 39-story, one million s/f tower located in the Grand Central district. Marc Horowitz, SVP and national director of office leasing for Cohen Brothers Realty Corp., along with a Colliers International leasing team of David Glassman, Robert Tunis, Joseph Cabrera and Eric Ferrielllo represented the building’s ownership in the long-term leasing transaction, while Stan Weil of Colliers International represented the tenant.
