Perna of Newmark Knight Frank reps buyer in $14 million sale; O’Connor, Marcus, Tabone and Gazzola rep seller

Hauppauge, NY Ralph Perna, executive managing director of Newmark Knight Frank represented the buyer in the sale of the buildings totaling 170,000 s/f. Jack O’Connor, Dan Marcus, Chuck Tabone and Dan Gazzola of Newmark Knight Frank  represented the seller. According to public record, the buildings sold for $14 million.

45 Gilpin Ave. was sold to Galil Imports, an importer of specialty foods from over 70 countries. The sale included three tenants, that occupy 45,000 s/f –  they will be consolidating from two buildings.
