Perna of Newmark Knight Frank arranges three leases: 42,400 s/f

Farmingdale, NY Ralph Perna, executive managing director of Newmark Knight Frank, has brokered three leases totaling 42,400 s/f on Long Island.

In the first deal, Perna represented the landlord and tenant, Bus Around Town, in a 4,400 s/f, 10-year lease at 1907 Rte. 110, Farmingdale. The property sits on one acre. 

In the next deal, Perna represented the tenant, Mark One Machinery Sales, in an 18,000 s/f lease at 1485 North Clinton Ave., Bay Shore. Kyle Burkhardt and Josh Chen  of Cushman & Wakefield represented the master tenant in the long-term sub-lease. 

In the final deal, Perna represented the tenant, Industrial Sales & Service Corp., in a 20,000 s/f lease at 123 Marcus Blvd., Hauppauge. Doug Donatelli of Metro Realty represented  the landlord.
