Pergolis Swartz Associates completed $32.775 million in financing for the following deals: * Jerry Swartz negotiated the refinance of an existing mortgage in the amount of $15 million for a "Women in Need" Homeless Shelter in Brooklyn that is leased to the city. * Ayush Kapahi arranged a $4.3 million non-recourse construction loan for a restaurant and inn on Old Post Rd. in Bedford. * Barry Swartz secured a $4 million permanent mortgage for two six-story walk-up apartment buildings on East 67th St. * Barry Swartz also obtained a $2.95 million permanent mortgage for a five-story walk up apartment building on Second Ave. * A $2.525 million permanent mortgage was secured by Barry Swartz for a five-story walk-up apartment building on East 6th St. * Jon Harrington arranged a $1.6 million construction loan for a nine-unit Queens apartment building. * Richard Pergolis obtained a $1.4 million permanent mortgage for a single-story taxpayer in Valley Stream. * Pergolis also negotiated $1 million in interim financing for a 12-story office building on West 19th St.
