Pergolis Swartz Associates closes 17 transactions totaling $70.05 million

According to Pergolis Swartz Associates, Inc., the firm recently closed the following transactions: Barry Swartz of Pergolis Swartz closed $6.19 million in permanent financing for two retail taxpayers on East Tremont Ave. in the Bronx. $3 million of permanent money was obtained by Barry Swartz for two 5-story walk up apartment buildings located on East 4th and East 6th Sts., Manhattan. A permanent mortgage in the amount of $2.5 million was arranged by Barry Swartz for a parking condominium on Gold St., Manhattan. A $15 million land loan was co-brokered by Jerry Swartz and Ayush Kapahi of Pergolis Swartz for property situated on Perry St. Michael Volpe of Pergolis Swartz refinanced a 12-unit apartment building located on East 12th St., Manhattan for $1.8 million. Permanent financing in the amount of $3.75 million was closed by Barry Swartz for a 5-story walk up apartment building on East 6th St. Financing in the amount of $1.25 million was co-brokered by Richard Pergolis and Len Solinsky of Pergolis Swartz for a property located on Meadowbrook Ln. in Old Westbury, N.Y. Jerry Swartz and Kapahi co-brokered a permanent loan in the amount of $4.3 million for a 36-unit apartment building on East 220th St. A $5 million loan extension for a parking garage on Washington St. was arranged by Barry Swartz. Pergolis and Barry Swartz co-brokered a $3.8 million permanent mortgage for two 5-story walk up apartment buildings on East 25th St., Manhattan. Len Solinsky and Pergolis obtained $2.5 million in financing for a property located on Lighthouse Rd. in Kings Point, N.Y. $3 million of permanent money was arranged by Pergolis for a four-story mixed use property on Livingston St. and Flatbush Ave. in Brooklyn. $6.685 million in permanent financing was obtained by Barry Swartz for a commercial condo with 100 parking garage units located on Mercer St., Manhattan. Pergolis brokered a permanent loan in the amount of $1.5 million for a four-story brownstone on West 13th St. Jerry Swartz arranged for a construction loan in the amount of $1.5 million for two, eight family dwellings on Cruger Ave. in the Bronx. Richard Pergolis and Barry Swartz co-brokered a permanent loan in the amount of $4.075 million for two 5-story walk up apartment buildings on West 16th St., Manhattan. $4.2 million in construction financing was arranged by Jon Harrington for a project located on Prospect Pl., Brooklyn.
