Perfit of Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co. completes $2.2 million sale of Swan Lake Hotel

Swan Lake, NY Swan Lake Hotel, formerly the Stevensville Hotel, located on 37 acres on Briscoe Rd., was recently sold for $2.2 million to a religious organization. After undergoing extensive renovations in the late 1990s, the former Stevensville Resort reopened in 1999 under the re-branded Swan Lake Hotel and Resort name. Unfortunately, with the recession and high fuel costs, the owners closed the facility in 2007 and put it on the market for sale. The adjacent golf course, club house and multi-zoned 355 acres located in both the towns of Liberty and Bethel, remain unsold. Of that, 200 acres in Liberty are undeveloped and would easily adapt to a new hotel and residential units. Representing the owner, the property was sold by Stephen Perfit, CCIM, SIOR of Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company’s Hudson Valley office located in Newburgh. Cushman and Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company is one of Upstate New York’s leading commercial real estate brokers, with over 130 brokers in 10 offices.
