Paul Massey Jr., Massey Knakal Realty Services

Name: Paul Massey Jr. Company: Massey Knakal Realty Services 275 Madison Avenue, New York, NY Email: [email protected] Phone number: 212.696.2500 Title: Partner, CEO What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2010? My greatest professional accomplishment in 2010 was being part of Massey Knakal's senior management team who (along with our partners and senior agents) grew our NY Metro Area market share significantly as we served established clients and many new clients who have primarily been national and local banks selling notes and special asset properties. What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2010? I'm still happily representing a select number of Massey Knakal's long time clients. In 2010 we assisted SCI, RossRock, HSBC, Greystone, The Kalimian, Dadourian, and Feil Organizations with multiple property sales. What predictions do you have for commercial real estate in 2011? We believe that property values have stabilized and velocity will continue to increase providing many great opportunities for our investor clients over the next 24-36 months. What are some of your New Year's resolutions? To go on at least one client presentation with each of our 50 agents in 2011-and to cut out eating Häagen-Dazs ice cream before bed every night (or at least cut to only 3-4 times).
