Pascucci of Breslin Realty closes Burger King lease

According to Breslin Realty, Burger King recently celebrated the grand opening a new store showcasing it's "new image" at 942 West Jericho Tpke. The 3,000 s/f restaurant will have softer lighting, relaxed seating, and décor more associated with casual dining than typical fast food, along with free Wi-Fi capability. In keeping with the franchise's updated menu, customers can order freshly-made smoothies with real fruit, salads, more portable snack-like items, and of course the famous Whopper. A site with unusual topography required extra time and effort to obtain the approvals and complete the site work. The long term lease transaction was arranged and negotiated by Judy Pascucci of Breslin Realty.
