Paramount Group, Inc. has acquired the 12-story Liberty Place, located at 325 7th St. N.W. The 172,000 s/f asset is located in the city's Penn Quarter District in the East End. The seller was an affiliate of Beacon Capital Partners, LLC. The property is currently 94% leased.
Paramount Group was self-represented in the transaction by vice president Dan Lauer and assistant vice president David Zobel, both in Paramount's Acquisitions group. A team from Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller.
Paramount vice president, finance, Vito Messina arranged financing for the acquisition.
