Vanessa Palka and Dr. Richard Hittman of City Connections Realty have represented their client, Mars, for an M&M's World pop-up location at 434 Broadway. The store opened in early July.
The three-month, pop-up "M&M's World" store at 434 Broadway is 4,800 s/f and is on the North East Corner of Howard St.
Palka and Hittman were the tenant representatives. Andrew Kahn, Jonathan Scibilia and Jesse Hutcher of Cushman and Wakefield represented the owner, 434 Property Investors c/o Savanna.
