Oxford Property Group expands into Westchester

White Plains, NY According to Oxford Property Group, the company will be expanding its presence into the Westchester marketplace. The brokerage, which is now home to 450 agents with $75 million total value in listings, will open its first office in the area at 77 Tarrytown Rd.

“We see a tremendous amount of opportunity in bringing our expertise and services to the Westchester area,” said Adam Mahfouda, founder and co-owner of Oxford. “As New York City’s workforce continues to mature and a diverse population of young families, retirees and young professionals are looking for viable places to settle with direct access to city transit, we feel we are well-poised to help them by providing the same best-in-class service that they’ve become accustomed to here in the five boroughs.”

Oxford’s new office space at 77 Tarrytown Rd. is in the adjacent space to Sterling Property Solutions, and the two companies will work together to create positive synergies between the agents and property managers.
