Outside the Region: Wilcox, Fryer and Raymond of G.S. Wilcox arrange two loans: $30.5 million

Moonachie, NJ G.S. Wilcox & Co. has completed $30.2 million in financing. The two transactions were arranged by Gretchen Wilcox, president, and the firm’s two principals, David Fryer and Al Raymond. 

The first transaction of $18.2 million was secured by a 322,000 s/f industrial building. The subject property is 100% leased to two tenants. The financing was provided by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. 

The second transaction consisted of a $12 million loan secured by three industrial warehouse buildings totaling 211,527 s/f in South Hackensack, N.J. The property was financed by an insurance company with G.S. Wilcox & Co. representing Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.

Founded in 1994 by Gretchen Wilcox, G.S. Wilcox & Co. is a leader in the commercial real estate investment banking industry providing debt and equity solutions to developers, real estate private equity firms, institutional investors, and other owners of commercial real estate.
