Columbia, SC Hunt Mortgage Group provided $22.3 million to finance the acquisition of a three property portfolio, utilizing the Fannie Mae Green Rewards Program. The financing was arranged by Aline Capital LLC, based in Greenville.
The portfolio has 625 units and includes Park Place Apartments, Copperfield Apartments and Hunter’s Ridge Apartments.
“The borrower is an experienced multifamily investor and a repeat Hunt Mortgage Group customer,” said Keith Morris, Vice president in the firms Atlanta office. “Our financing will allow the borrower to invest in energy efficient renovations and to improve the unit interiors. We were pleased to deliver these loans to a solid repeat sponsor.”
