Outside the Region: Delavale of Breslin Org. completes 3,421 s/f lease with Doc Bresler’s Cavity Busters at Whitman Plaza
Philadelphia, PA Breslin Realty has completed the signing of a long-term 3,421 s/f lease with Doc Bresler’s Cavity Busters at Whitman Plaza. The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization.
Cavity Busters is one of the largest children’s dental practices in the state, serving infants, children, teens, and children with special health care needs. They provide an environment purposely designed for children that includes prizes, arcade games, and flat screen TVs, throughout each location.
The tenant currently operates seven other dental facilities.
