Ryan Lewis, ERG Commercial Real Estate

Name: Ryan Lewis

Title: Managing Director

Company Name: ERG Commercial Real Estate

What recent project, transaction or accomplishment are you most proud of?

I have executed a high volume of deals throughout my real estate career. Because ERG is able to orchestrate deals on both the investment sale and financing side of the business, it allows me to take on interesting and challenging deals. Recently, I closed several transactions such as a large $9 million cash-out/refinance at 176 Bowery in Manhattan where the majority of the income came from an outdoor billboard. I was also able to sell one of the largest natural gas company’s industrial flex buildings on Long Island. As the market changes very quickly, understanding how they will affect the market will help convert deals moving forward.

What led you to your current profession?

Since I could remember, I have always been interested in real estate. My grandparents, immigrants from Sicily, started a business and with the money they made would purchase properties on Long Island. Their influence, constant conversations and passion for real estate pushed me to gain interest and ultimately work in the industry.
