Omni Housing Development appoints Kruger as Project Manager

Omni Housing Development LLC, has named construction management executive Paul Kruger to the position of Project Manager. Kruger brings with him 27 years of experience in construction and management, including international projects serving both the public and private sectors. Kruger holds a Master of Finance degree from The Wharton School, plus a master's degree in Accountancy, and bachelor's degrees in Economics and Civil Engineering. He is a veteran officer, of the U.S. Air Force, where he flew jet aircraft and trained pilots. He is also well versed in 4 languages. Omni Housing Development LLC, with affiliated companies Omni Development Company, Inc. and Omni Management Group Ltd., provide a wide array of services, including project feasibility and market analysis, project finance including loan, tax credit and grant application and processing, financial and land use planning & analysis, design/build and facility management.
