Olshan Properties’ The Gate at Manhasset reaches 100% leased

Manhasset, NY Olshan Properties said that its shopping center, The Gate at Manhasset (The Gate), is fully leased. This milestone, achieved via 50,000 s/f in newly completed leases, underscores Olshan’s commitment to commercial retail centers as well as the strength of retail in today’s evolving marketplace.

Among the latest signings is Greenwich Furniture and Design, a local furniture store in the construction phase and set to occupy 12,000 s/f of lower-level space, and Saatva, an e-commerce mattress company, who has commenced construction for its upcoming 3,800 s/f store.

Recent store openings include: Arc’Teryx, a Canadian design company specializing in technical equipment and apparel, which occupies a 3,900 s/f space; Natuzzi Italia, the globally renowned furniture brand, opened a nearly 11,000 s/f store; electric car company, Lucid, unveiled a 6,500 s/f showroom; and Sephora recently completed a remodel of its 5,300 s/f store space. Additionally, athletic and activewear apparel company, Vuori, recently opened a 3,300 s/f store in a location near the Lucid, Sephora and Indochino stores.

Positioned at the focal point of Manhasset’s Miracle Mile, The Gate at Manhasset is well-known as the destination for open-air shopping on Long Island. The property is located just 1.5 miles north of I-495, at the corner of Northern Blvd. and Searingtown Rd. The surrounding area is developed with upscale commercial and residential uses. The Strathmore Country Club is to the south of the property. In addition to state highways, Manhasset is served by Long Island Rail Rd., which provides access to New York City.
