Valhalla, NY A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for the grand opening of OLA Consulting Engineers’ new headquarters at 100 Summit Lake Dr. Joined by elected officials from the town of Mount Pleasant and Westchester County, the event marked OLA’s move to a 10,167 s/f space in The Summit.

“Celebrating 50 years of providing engineering services locally and nationally, we’re proud to remain rooted in Westchester County. Our new headquarters at the Summit fosters collaboration, innovation, and the strong relationships that have been the foundation of OLA’s success,” said Patrick Lynch, PE, president of OLA Consulting Engineers.

This milestone comes as OLA celebrates its 50th anniversary and continues its evolution from a regional firm to a widely respected leader in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering, as well as energy engineering and commissioning services with a strong focus on sustainability.

“The town of Mount Pleasant welcomes OLA Consulting Engineers to their new headquarters. The firm’s decision to keep their business in Mount Pleasant reflects the town board’s ongoing efforts to make our town an attractive place to do business by offering a thriving community and convenient access. We congratulate OLA on this new chapter and look forward to their continued contributions to innovation and sustainability in the engineering field,” said town supervisor Carl Fulgenzi.

“We congratulate OLA Consulting Engineers on the opening of their new headquarters in Valhalla. For the past half century, OLA has called Westchester its home, creating jobs and providing engineering services for many of Westchester’s major employers. We applaud their continued commitment to our County’s economy,” said Westchester Deputy County executive Richard Wishnie.

The Summit, a 750,000 s/f office park set on 102 acres of landscaped grounds, woodlands, and lakes, provides an ideal setting for OLA Consulting Engineers’ new Westchester headquarters. The space aligns with the firm’s commitment to sustainability and high-performance design. The office complex offers a full suite of modern amenities, including a private shuttle to the White Plains train station, a full-service café, on-site parking with charging stations, and fitness facilities in all three buildings.

The new Westchester headquarters positions OLA for continued growth as it remains on a mission to create better, more efficient environments.
