White Plains, NY The Oak & Avery Group completed the following:
- Luigi Olinto sold 55 Davis Ave. to Hudson Hill Partners for $1.4 million.
- Robin Pepe sold 17 S 13th Ave. in Mount Vernon to Baker Capital Group for $1.3 million.
- Tudulla Inc. sold 640 Van Cortlandt Park Ave. in Yonkers to Dominick Miano for $1.85 million.
- Kevin Barbelet sold 281 N Broadway in Sleepy Hollow to Greenfield Holdings for $998,000.
- William Mehr sold 41 Willow Ave. in Cornwall to Xenos Holdings for $750,000.
