NYSCAR's education & marketing session to be held from Apri1 16 to 17
The New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) will host an education course and marketing session in cooperation with the Hudson Valley NYSCAR chapter, CCIM and the Society of Exchange Counselors (SEC) on April 16 and 17. The event will be held at Hotel Sierra at 100 Westage Business Center Dr.
Education Day will be held on April 16 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The topic will be "Creative Equity Marketing & Exchanging of Commercial-Investment Real Estate." The instructors will be Robert Giniecki, SEC, CCIM, of Foresite Realty Advisors, Inc. and James Wilson, SEC, CCIM, of Investment & Real Estate Solutions, Inc.
Deal Making Day will be held on April 17 from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
