NYSAR honors Mason of Houlihan Lawrence as 2026 Realtor of the Year

Verona, NY The New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) honored Harding Mason as the 2026 Realtor of the Year during the association’s recent Fall Business Meetings at Turning Stone Resort Casino.

Mason, an associate real estate broker with Houlihan Lawrence in Katonah, has been a Realtor for more than three decades and has an extensive record of service to the Realtor organization at the local, state and national levels.

At the local level, Mason is a past president of the Westchester County Board of Realtors and was named the association’s Realtor of the Year in 2009. He has served on numerous local committees throughout his career and currently serves on the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors board of directors.

Mason has also been extensively involved with NYSAR for more than two decades, serving on the board of directors and numerous committees and working groups, including Article 12-A, Organizational Planning and Legislative Steering. He is also a past NYSAR regional vice president.

A longtime supporter of the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC), Mason has supported RPAC for 27 years and is a past chair of the NYSAR RPAC trustees.

At the national level, Mason has served on the National Association of Realtors board of directors.

Professionally, Mason has spent more than three decades with Houlihan Lawrence and has been recognized as a Platinum and Gold Level Top Producer.

The NYSAR Realtor of the Year award recognizes outstanding service to the Realtor organization at the local, state and national levels, strict adherence to the principles of the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics, and a commitment to civic activity and business accomplishments.

The New York State Association of Realtors is a not-for-profit trade organization representing nearly 60,000 of New York State’s real estate professionals. The term Realtor is a registered trademark, which identifies real estate professionals who subscribe to a strict code of ethics as members of the National Association of Realtors. These Realtors are also members of the New York State Association of Realtors as well as their local board or association of Realtors.
