Manhattan, NY More than 300 guests from the commercial real estate and construction industries gathered at Red Eye Grill for the Fourth Annual Building Better for the Tunnel To Towers Foundation Event. Organized by Cresa Managing principals James Pirot and Peter Sabesan and senior vice president Ronald Zeccardi, along with a team of committed colleagues and friends, the event featured special appearances by the FDNY Pipes & Drum and Nashville recording artist Kurt Van Meter.

This year’s honoree was Patrick Dolan, senior property manager, World Trade Center I and president of BOMA New York. Tunnel To Towers board member Frank Oehm introduced former Marine and Smart Home recipient, Aaron Alonso who gave a heartfelt testimonial. By evening’s end, over $250,000 was raised in sponsorships and individual donations. Since its founding in 2002, The Tunnel To Towers Foundation has funded more than $250 million in programs helping disabled first responders and veterans, and the families of those who lost their lives in the line of duty.
