New York Commercial Real Estate Services (NYCRS) secured retail/restaurant space at 753 Ninth Ave. totaling 5,000 s/f. The property was the former Vintage Bar, totaling 2,500 s/f on the ground and 2,500 s/f on the lower level. The tenant was Oxido Corp. and the asking rent was $200 per s/f. NYCRS exclusively represented the landlord and the tenant.
