Nuessle of HUNT Commercial leases 800 s/f to Boutique in the Square

The Brisbane building, located at 403 Main St., is now home to a new tenant. The new retail store, Boutique in the Square, has opened just in time for spring. The Boutique in the Square opened its doors on April 14. The deal, brokered by HUNT Commercial's Heidi Nuessle, is one of the last retail spaces available at the Brisbane building to be leased. The new tenant occupies 800 s/f on the first floor with an entrance at Lafayette Sq., located between Edible Arrangements and EmbroidMe. The owner, Anne Hughes had worked in the downtown area for a number of years before venturing into her own retail business. She has long believed that the Lafayette Sq. area has been lacking in its presence for woman's clothing and gift shops. "There has always been a limited amount of places to shop within walking distance downtown. I want to give employees of the downtown area a unique place to shop for gifts and for themselves," Hughes said.
