Greenlawn, NY Nouvini Property Investments, LLC has acquired an 8,400 s/f retail property located at 233 - 243 Broadway.
The property was acquired all-cash for $3.05 million and closed within 60 days of contract. Triple Net Brokers represented both buyer and seller in this transaction.
