Northmarq's DeVinney arranges $3.5 million mortgage for Edgetowne Square
Scott DeVinney, VP of NorthMarq's Rochester regional office, arranged first mortgage refinancing of $3.5 million for Edgetowne Square, a 53,420 s/f, multiple -story, suburban office building located at 1005 Beaver Grade Rd. Centria is a major tenant at the site. Financing was based on a 15-year term and a 15-year amortization schedule and was arranged for the borrower, Edgetowne Partners, through NorthMarq's relationship with a correspondent life company lender.
"This property is located in a growing office market located near Pittsburgh's airport," DeVinney said.
