Rochester, NY North Forest Office Space, a leading developer of professional, medical and dental office space, is celebrating its first decade of providing office space solutions to Rochester small business owners. 

Since it first started leasing space at its first Rochester area project in 2006, North Forest has enjoyed strong growth in its local portfolio. To date, the company has built five office parks over the past decade in the suburban Rochester area.  North Forest owns and manages all of its properties, serving over 200 local customers, typically small professional businesses and medical and dental practices.

The company has recently completed the final building in the Penn Fair Office Park at 441 Penbrooke Drive, Penfield.  North Forest also has completed the Crosspointe Professional Park in Webster, and the Basin Meadows Professional Park in Pittsford, where its local operations are headquartered.  Space is still available to lease at all locations.

Looking ahead, there may be more growth on the horizon, as North Forest enters its second decade.

There is still room for additional expansion in the East River Professional Park in Henrietta, which is located in the RIT Business and Technology Park.  North Forest has created the infrastructure for five additional buildings at that location, which are also available to purchase as parcels.  The company also has room for possible expansion at the Canal Landing Professional Park in Greece.

Local knowledge and understanding of the marketplace has helped to fuel North Forest’s success. Mauger, a native of Webster, NY, has been with the company since 2007.  He manages construction and operations at all of North Forest’s Rochester area office parks.  He currently resides in Palmyra, NY.

North Forest’s Rochester Leasing Associate, Peter Gillett, received his bachelor’s degree from St. John Fisher College and his master’s from RIT.  Gillett began working on North Forest’s new construction and development in Rochester in 2007 and moved into leasing in 2009.  He is a member of various real estate networking groups and he is active in the Chambers of Commerce for all towns served by North Forest.  Gillett resides in West Henrietta, NY.
