CB Richard Ellis/Albany recently completed the $407,500 sale of 31 Ontario St. Don Noland and Richard Sleasman of CBRE represented the seller, 25-31 Ontario St., LLC in this transaction. Realty USA represented the purchaser, First Wall Street Group, LLC. The 50,906 s/f four-story brick loft-style commercial building is situated on the north side of Ontario St. The former manufacturing building has been converted to office/warehouse/flex space.
