Islip town supervisor Phil Nolan (right) was recently named "Citizen of the Year" by the Suffolk Chapter of the New York State Society of Professional Engineers (NYSSPE).
The award recognized Nolan's commitment to the Town of Islip and leadership in promoting sound engineering practices within the Town. The award was presented by NYSSPE Suffolk chapter president and Islip town engineer Dave Janover (left). Tags:
