NKF arranges 13,350 s/f lease at 105 Madison

Empire Office, Inc. has signed a new lease for 13,350 s/f (the entire 15th floor) at 105 Madison Ave. Newmark Knight Frank's (NKF) Paul Davidson represented Empire Office, which relocates the firm from Park Ave. South. NKF's Michael Dreizen, Sandramara Dussin and Andy Udis represented the owner, A&R Real Estate, Inc. "We are pleased to add Empire Office to the tenant roster at 105 Madison Avenue," said Udis. "Other prominent tenants include HBO, DHL, Genpact, Mackenzie Partners, and Duravit."
