Nidenberg joins Metropolitan Realty Associates as an associate

New York, NY Sam Nidenberg has joined Metropolitan Realty Associates as an associate. He will underwrite and research new acquisition opportunities, as well as analyze debt and refinancing structures on behalf of the firm and its equity partners.
Prior to joining MRA, he was a senior analyst at HFF, where he was responsible for underwriting and preparing offering memorandums for real estate transactions spanning all major property, investment, and partnership types.
Earlier in his career as a financial analyst at Greenfield Partners, he assisted the firm in the strategic oversight of investments and in the acquisition underwriting process.
Nidenberg graduated from Hamilton College with a bachelor of arts degree in Economics and Mathematics.
