I also began acquiring existing self-storage facilities on behalf of Storage Equities, Public Storage's publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Today, our firm is a full-service, commercial real estate investment brokerage firm specializing in the areas of retail, multifamily, office and industrial, self-storage, property management and sale-leaseback. We plan to open a Rochester office where we will offer the same services.
