Niblock of Friedman-Roth completes two sales-$26.325 million total; Harra of ABC assists in $16.9 million sale
According to Friedman-Roth Realty Services LLC, the firm has completed the following two sales, totaling $26.325 million:
142 Sullivan St., located in the Soho area, is a 7-story walk-up apartment is comprised of 28 residential units and 2 retail stores. The building, which contains 16,202 s/f, is situated on a lot of 25 X 112. The property was sold for a purchase price of $9.425 million or $582 per s/f. George Niblock, a managing partner of Friedman-Roth, represented both the buyer and seller in this off market transaction.
A 100 unit Upper East Side apartment building located at 529 - 537 East 81st St. Consisting of five contiguous apartment buildings, on a lot of 125 X 102, the buildings contain 41,600 s/f of space. In addition, at the time of the sale, 83 of the 100 apartments within the complex were delivered vacant. This is the first sale of these properties since 1969 and they were sold for a purchase price of $16.9 million. Niblock represented the buyer and Bill Harra, of ABC Management, represented the seller.
