Niblock and Haque of Friedman-Roth Realty broker $6.155 million sale
Friedman-Roth Realty Services has completed the $6.155 million sale of 150-02 88th Ave. Located in the Jamaica section, the six-story elevator apartment building is comprised of 65 residential units. George Niblock and Nadeem Haque, both of Friedman-Roth, were the brokers.
