Outside the Region: Nexus Commercial Real Estate closes on $1.9 million sale of 11,888 s/f building in Denver

Denver, CO Nexus Commercial Real Estate has closed on the sale of 7120 Hooker St., a 16-unit apartment building totaling 11,888 s/f for $1.9 million. Adam Riddle of Nexus represented the buyer 7120 Hooker LLC.   

The property consists of mostly large units that are in very good overall condition. Mountview Apartments is close to the new Westminster light rail station.    

The buyer was attracted to the asset for the proximity to the light rail and the future potential of the area. They plan minor upgrades to unit interiors and a long-term hold. They were very impressed with the current condition of the property and how the seller had taken care of the property.
