News Outside the Region: Wilcox and Raymond of G.S. Wilcox arrange $16.5m for Hampshire Cos.
Morristown, NJ G.S. Wilcox & Co. has arranged a $16.5 million loan for the Hampshire Companies’ newly constructed office building located at 49 Market St. The new office building consists of 44,000 s/f and is a build to suit for law firm Fox Rothschild LLP.
Gretchen Wilcox, president, and Al Raymond, principal, secured the financing over a 15-year term from a life insurance company headquartered in Alabama.
“G.S. Wilcox & Co. is thrilled to take an active role in the continued evolution of the Downtown Morristown market,” Wilcox said.
Founded in 1994 by Gretchen Wilcox, G.S. Wilcox & Co. is a leader in the commercial real estate investment banking industry providing debt and equity solutions to developers, real estate private equity firms, institutional investors, and other owners of commercial real estate.
