Newman joins Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana; As associate in banking and finance practice group

According to Jeffrey Forchelli, managing partner of Forchelli, Curto, Deegan, Schwartz, Mineo & Terrana LLP (the Firm), Jared Newman has joined the Firm as an associate in the banking and finance practice group. Newman concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate finance, banking, foreclosures, creditors rights, corporate law, and green building. Newman primarily counsels institutional and private lenders on commercial mortgage loan transactions, and represents lenders, mortgage loan servicers, and homeowner associations in the various aspects of foreclosure and collection law. He is an accredited LEED Green Associate by the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). Newman is admitted to the New York State Bar and New Jersey State Bar. He is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the committees for Young Lawyers and Real Property Law. Newman is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and earned his bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University and studied at the University of Sydney in Australia. In making the announcement, Forchelli noted the continued growth of the Firm, citing the expansion of practice areas and personnel.
